• 03/23/05 (4:09 AM): Off to New Orleans I go... already fighting with the fam. Should be a great trip. Actually it will be, If we all come back alive!

• 03/16/05 (11:20 PM): Hockey was alright tonight, we won. I enjoyed playing as always, but no vast improvement tonight. I did bang up my elbow pretty good. Two things attributed to the fall. A, my skates need sharpening. B, I need new elbow pads. I fell, don't really know why, I think the fact that my skates aren't catching enough edge had a little to do with it. The elbow pads being all stretched out, defiantly had a lot to do with it. When I fell, the elbow pad was protecting the side of the elbow, instead of the area it's suppose to protect. It's sore. Now, as my stinky sweaty equipment is strewn about the room, I must go to sleep.

• 03/14/05 (10:39 PM): I love letters, real ones, the kind you get in that box attached to the outside of your house. You get them so rarely these days, it's so nice when you do.

• 03/13/05 (9:48 PM): For those of you who don't believe, Lydia took a photo of me at my last hockey game... looking like a dork, as usual.

  

• 03/10/05 (9:26 PM): I went on a NUCOR tour today. For those of you who do not know, it's a Steel factory. I watched them make rebar. Last night we had our first IGnight event for IGNITE. We saw lots of new people and had a number of people sign up for our committees. I did however have a toothless wonder who was on me like flies on shit. I could not get rid of him.

• 03/6/05 (1:08 PM): Oh my, where has the time gone. So it's been half a century since I last posted. Last night I had a hockey game in Ithaca. I got my very first penalty. Interference. I spent my first two minutes in the box. Other than that, I think I did alright. I hope to get better, as always. THere is a definite space for improvement. After the game we drove into the downtown and had some great Mexican food. Then we attempted to go out, but not very successfully. We hit one bar and decided to head home. We were going to go to Curley's, but we both decided that we were tired. Friday Lydia and I went up to the ROC. Got some shopping done. Sales everywhere at Target. Love the clearance! We ended up going to Dirty D's, it's a gay bar. We didn't feel like getting hit on and Lyd had never been to one. We had a good time. We then hit Whiskey's and A-Pub, but I just don't think we were quite in the mood this weekend. We were home rather on the early side both nights. I also attended a baby shower this weekend for Christy Phillups (Sheldon). It was great to see her again.
