07/28/05 (7:56 AM): I finally did it. I filled my iPod.
I also downloaded another Lostprophets CD, but I don't like
it. I like Start Something, I do not like Fake Sound of Progress.
I also finally prepared my hair to mail in. Took me long enough,
eh? It will be mailed today. Tonight I have to usher a play
for Merry-Go-Round, I'm missing softball. Then, this weekend,
my family is in town, so I'll be busy. Have a great weekend!

07/26/05 (8:09 AM): I really don't have much to comment
on. Last weekend I got to see my friend Chris, which was a pleasant
surprise. He was passing through and gave me a call. Other than
that, softball and work run my life. I've been working 45 hour
weeks and neglecting IGNITE,
which I need to do some work for. Oh, I did get whacked by a
few balls last week that caused me pain. The hit to the ankle
was alright, stung at first, but didn't cause me long term pain.
It didn't even bruise (much to my disappointment). The one that
hurt was the ball that the short stop on the other team whipped
into my back (between spin and left shoulder blade) when she
missed the tag and was trying to get me at third. The ump called
me out on the tag, even though she missed me. I couldn't move
my arm for the rest of the night and next morning. Better now,
still a little soar if I sit down too fast. THe only other thing
going on, is that I downloaded all kinds of music. I love love
love Lostprophets.

07/18/05 (10:56 PM): Ok, quick update before I pass
out. This weekend I worked at the Finger Lakes Wine Festival.
I was originally planning on attending the festival, but then
we got a call to work for Montezuma Winery both days. Hmm, spend
money.... make money... so I worked. I now know almost everything
about Martin's Honey Farm and Meadery, including their meads:
Traditional Dry Honey, Cherry Melomel, Lake Effect Cranberry
Apple, Raspberry Melomel, Golden Delicious, Traditional Semi-Sweet
Honey, and Traditional Sweet Honey. Those were the Meads I was
serving. I did get a couple 10 minute breaks to taste, but you
could only go to about 3 wineries. I picked the ones with cute
servers! I did buy two wines, one is a strawberry wine. It isn't
that sweet, it was very smooth. The other was a Rose Cider.
I really like the hard ciders, very refreshing. So, needless
to say, I'm freakin tired. My legs are sore and we didn't get
a lot of sleep. Off to bed I go.

07/12/05 (10:07 PM): Does anyone know how to tie a toga?
I'm needing to figure it out. I'm going to the Launch of the
Lakes party at the FInger Lakes Wine Festival, and I need to
look good! Then I'm working and camping all weekend at the festival.
It should be fun. So here is a picture of the hair. That is
a 15" ruler, that my ponytail extends past.
Also, my favorite thing to do lately is go to the bluffs and
read as the sun goes down. It's nice and peaceful, a wonderful
break from life.

07/06/05 (10:02 PM): The most joy filled time of the
month for me... paying bills. I really hate it. You work so
hard only to pay off debt. I'm starting to think I didn't have
enough fun in collage to be paying off student loans... was
it really worth it? Yea, I guess it was. I got a decent education
and met cool people. Then you pay out the wa-zoo just to own
and drive a car, which breaks and gives me more debt. It really
blows.

07/06/05 (12:06 AM): Another month, come and gone. I
say it every month, where did the time go. The birthday month
is finally over. Damn, it was a rough one. My sign always is
the rough one... but I made it through. I'm happier and stronger
than before, and ready for my next adventure... I think I'm
wearing Lydia out. The poor girl just wants to work in her yard
and I take her all over the place! I hate sitting still! This
weekend I want to go to the Cornhill
arts festival and the RenFest.
Not sure if I'll make either, but I'm going to try! I'm excited
for the art festival because I want some new jewelry. I hate
the jewelry in stores, I like the "home made" or natural
feel. So picky.
This past weekend I was in Canada. I love that place. I need
to go more often. Cute boys in Perth bar too, but we only had
enough Canadian currency for one drink... darn. We explored
Lanark, a cute little town. We went in a variety shop and Lydia
bought all kinds of stuff, including a table top, legs absent.
If anyone out there is crafty and wants to help us find legs,
let me know! I took photos, but
like always, I have not sorted through them yet. So many photos
I have, no time to go through them. Deal with it. On the trip
home I had to stop to see Mary and that little Ham of hers.
I couldn't resist my hug and kiss, he's such a sweet boy!
This Thursday (7/7) is our IGnight at Daut's in Auburn, if
anyone is interested. For details, visit the website.
