• 09/13/06 (11:41 PM): I finished my sketches for painting class... what a pain that was. It only took me 4 hours to do 2 mediocre sketches. Sigh. The sketches are of a still life I had to construct, much fun with epoxy (yes, I also fixed my car while I was at it). Now just imagine how long it'll take me to do the painting (are you scared? 'cause I am). Yesterday in class I built my very first canvas. I think it came out rather nice. I put the third layer of Gesso on it tonight... I'm all ready for class tomorrow. I also got my tattoo party pictures up. They are all mostly of the tattoos, I failed to take pictures of people in general. We were having a good time, no one wants a camera in their face the whole time. Check them out.

  
  
  

• 09/07/06 (10:40 PM): I did get a tattoo of my own last week, since there wasn't time at the party. Thanks Geoff, I love it (even though my mother hates it). Oh, and Happy Birthday to you! Hope it was great. I know you ate Sushi, I did the same on my birthday! I started my painting class. It's scary, but I think I'm going to enjoy it. It's been nice hanging with my mom the past couple of days. Her last class lets out an hour after mine. Other than that, I'm exhausted. Working early every day to make up some of the time I'm missing for my class. I'd rather not work a full day on Sunday if I can help it.
