10/25/05 (11:45 PM): My weekend was good. I visited
my sister, carved a pumpkin, went on a hay ride, had $1 Margaritas,
went shopping (ouch), turned my sister into a girl (she's wearing
jewelry), took a bump for a free ticket, bought my hockey skates,
and saw my old boss at RIT. It was great. It snowed today. Shocking
after my sunny warm trip to NC. Look, here is my "Martha
                  Stewart" pumpkin. Complete with bars...

hope your grouchy yoo-hoo to turns it's frown upside-down."

10/09/05 (6:07 PM): Holy freakin' coldness! I was so
enjoying the 70-80 degree fall we were having! This weekend
was crazy. Friday was the 40 Below Summit in Syracuse. They
donated us a booth, so we were up late Thursday night making
flyers and such. Then we had to wake up SOOOO early to get there
and set up. We had such a great time. After the summit there
was an after party at the Landmark Theatre. Great food and FREE
beer! Oh yea, we had fun. We then moved on to Limericks (my
favorite pub) for some drinks and pool. Then we broke out the
glow sticks and went dancing. Good times. Definitely a fun evening.
Last night I got to see Karey and Val. Val was visiting from
NYC. What a crazy city girl she turned into. Karey and I are
undoubtedly country girls. Then I went to the Clyde Bowling
Alley for some hick drinking! Not very much though, I drove.
It was great to hang out with Mare and Sara. Sara is starting
a job where she works Friday and Saturday nights! It's going
to be awful, I'm going to miss her parting with us. It's a great
job though and it was a good move to take it!
My adventure today was at the Outlet Mall. We were on our way
to Breanna's (sp?) birthday party. She is 4. We went to get
her a present and Orion was sleeping. I offered to stay in the
car so he could get a good nap in. Mary took her keys at the
first stop, but I was on my cell and didn't notice she left
them at our second stop. Orion woke up and got antsy, so we
left to find his mom. Of course, I locked the doors on my way
out. ARG! Thanks goodness for Lydia and her AAA. She is my savior!
We all went to the Birthday party and had some yummy cake! Now,
I'm looking to veg... I need some R&R.
